APMA Publication and APMRS 2021 Presentation Awards

We are happy to announce that we have awarded the following APMA publication prices at this year’s APMRS 2021:

• Proteomics Publication Prize:
  • Matthias Schittmayer for his paper: Spatially Resolved Activity-based Proteomic Profiles of the Murine Small Intestinal Lipases
• Metabolomics Publication Prize:
  • Tamara Tomin for her paper: Addressing Glutathione Redox Status in Clinical Samples by Two-Step Alkylation with N-ethylmaleimide Isotopologues

In addition, also presentation prizes have been awarded at the online conference:

• Proteomics Presentation Prize:
  • Alienke van Pijkeren for the presentation titled Combined Metabolomic and Chemical (CoMetChem) labeling using stable isotopes to reveal site-specific histone acetylation/deacetylation rates by LC-MS
  • Maximilian Schinagl for the presentation titled Obstructing lipolysis in liver cells decreases activation of neighbouring hepatic stellate cells
• Metablomics/Lipidomics Presentation Prize:
  • Julia Brunmair for the presentation titled Epithelial cell line derived from endometriotric lesion mimics macrophage nervous mechanism of pain generation on proteome and metabolome levels
• Bioinformatics Presentation Prize:
  • Lisa Panzenböck for the presentation titled Automated assignment of glycosyl inositol phospho ceramides using Lipid Data Analyzer
