Following the inspiring discussions at APMRS 2023 in Innsbruck, APMA launched its first special interest group: the Omics Tech Hub. Now firmly established as a regular platform, the Omics Tech Hub is organized by Boryana Petrova and Lena Fragner, both experts MS based omics techniques. It serves as a dedicated forum for researchers at all career stages to exchange ideas and tackle technical challenges, from sample preparation to data validation and repository management. Open to everyone—students, scientists, PIs, and technical staff—the Hub fosters collaboration and innovation. Regular sessions cover diverse, cutting-edge topics, and participants are encouraged to suggest ideas or volunteer to chair discussions to help shape the future of this growing initiative.
